HORENSO is a way of information sharing

Bringing members' understandings and coordinating actions about changing environments that happen in and out of an organization. It is very much practiced in Japanese business society.

This system is aimed to fulfill needs of those users / members who are expecting some useful tool for sharing information among them in order to achieve a common goal.

HO(報) is a short form of HOKOKU(報告), meaning to report timely and adequately.

REN(連) is a short form of RENRAKU(連絡), meaning to communicate properly.

SO(相) is a short form of SOUDAN(相談), meaning to consult or discuss among superiors and subordinates about issues in order to find solutions.

Task creation and assign

Task can be created in both one-one chat and group chat.

In one-one only 2 assignee are selectable..

In group chat all group members are selectable as assignee.

Every task created sends email to the assigned users & task creator.

Work Board

Work board feature were the tasks are piled up in particular tabs like backlog, doing redo, finished etc.

Every task can be dragged into another tab and comment on single click of tab and edit of task on double click is possible.

Calendar

Respective tasks created on respective day is visible on particular date cell.

Clicking on any day cell enables task creation as new task creation form popup appears.

Clicking on existing task enables editing the task.

Every post can be replied from view detail popup as well maintaining the chain of parent post (message, task, file).
